About That Captivating Social

As a Real Estate Broker Owner, I have spent a good deal of my time creating social media for my own accounts, time that I needed to be in front of clients, showing homes, or on the phone. I began designing social media marketing and email marketing for a local transaction coordinator and continuing education educator and fell in love. I was doing something that would take them hours to do, and I was watching their businesses grow before my eyes. I knew agents needed my help. From there, That Captivating Social was born.

About Jami - Owner & Lead Designer

Jami Kolev is a Realtor®, Broker Owner, and native to Denver, Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado at Denver where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in 2010. She climbed the ladder in the banking industry before deciding real estate was the career she wanted to pursue. She worked for a small boutique brokerage firm as well as a franchise branch of a nation-wide brand before deciding to branch out and open her own brokerage. After seeing the need in the market for quality, attractive social media marketing for real estate agents, Jami decided to launch That Captivating Social and bring her style and design right to your fingertips.

About Vic - Owner & Manager

Vic Kolev is a Realtor® and native to Denver, Colorado. He spent the last fifteen years in the banking industry, climbing the corporate ladder, until a cross country move prompted a career change. He joined the real estate industry as a sale associate after spending 3 years in property renovation, primarily doing fix and flips. As his real estate passion grew, he found an opportunity to use his 10 years of Business Banking experience in business management and customer service, mix it with his love for real estate, and launched That Captivating Social with his wife and best friend, Jami.
